First, you search easily and quickly. You can then Add, Edit, or Delete orders—all in one screen. Furthermore, you can copy an existing order to a new one and edit it.

  • Attach documents and receive this order directly from this screen.

  • Run reports against this order.

  • Add unlimited notes at the order level and at the line item level.

  • Ship to your address or drop-ship.

  • View receipts to this order. Specifically, the system supports purchasing towards specific projects or jobs and running dedicated reports.

  • User Fields are available at the PO level and at the line item level.

To begin, use the “Receive Now” button to receive items. The Easy Receiving screen simplifies receiving lot and serial items. Consequently, this updates the Inventory Module instantly and allows you to print receiving documents together, including the Receiving report and box labels.

  • Users easily Undo Receipts and view received details from the same screen.

  • Re-print the receiver and other documents.

  • The system automatically closes the purchase order upon receiving all line items.

  • Transaction history is maintained on all receipts.

Reports

You can search a purchase order and print reports for that PO. Moreover, the available reports include:

  • PO receiving, Labels, and bar coded reports.

  • Transaction log report for history (serial and lot trace).

  • Open order report (sorted) and Receiving report (sorted).
